The Lansing DAZE Festival and 15th Annual Brew, Blues, & Bar-B-Q Cook-Off opens on Fri., May 5 and runs through Sat., May 6. This year’s event will feature live music and a spectacular fireworks display (Fri. at approximately 9:30 p.m.) and food and beverage vendors are available both days. A People’s Choice event (open to the public) is scheduled for Saturday.
The event will also feature a variety of family-friendly
activities. The Festival includes a craft show, car and cycle show, and
children’s inflatable rides. There will also be a Quilt Show at the
Lansing Activity Center, 108 S. 2nd St.
inflatable rides are available both Friday evening and Saturday.
Admission to both events is free. The event will take place at Kenneth
W. Bernard Park 15650 Gilman Rd., Lansing, KS 66043 (located north of
4-H Road about 2.5 miles west of Main Street / K-7.)
